IBL patented and reliable
rotary transportation module is integrated into its Vapour Phase
soldering systems. This connects highest precision and parts handling
capability with maximum repeatability.
IBL designed its Cool Handling
systems with the utmost user friendliness in mind. Hence all handling
systems are sited outside of the process chamber. This minimises wear
and tear and virtually eliminates any need to clean the handling
systems. There is no complex cleaning of belts, chain drives or
spindles.
IBL Inline soldering systems can be easily
integrated into existing production lines.
IBL inline systems are equipped with a SMEMA
interface as standard. Other standards (such as SIEMENS)
are
also available on request.
IBL inline systems also follow the Cool
Handling philosophy, separating process and transportation, avoiding
wear and contamination of the components.
IBL systems do not
require set-up time during product changes thanks to the Cool Handling
Principle.
Fast soldering system changes increase throughput and efficiency of the
whole production line.
A further advantage of separating the handling and soldering process is
that the handling system will not influence the soldering process.
The resultant low masses in the process chamber further reduce the
heat-up energy requirement; saving money and at the same time
increasing the precision of the soldering process
The combination of a UPS system and Cool Handling
will ensure no overheating of parts even during a power loss.
