been the soldering process, it also includes an efficient and smooth
assembly handling process.
For all Premium machines, IBL offers handling
systems for integration into a production line.
The IBL machine control can operate on
different standards:- in addition to a SMEMA
interface, the SIEMENS standard is available.
All IBL handling systems are maintenance
friendly and wear resistant due to the Cool Handling
philosophy.
Cool Handling strictly separates the soldering and the handling
processes. Neither drives nor spindles or chains are within the hot
process chamber.
This reduces the process weight, energy costs and cleaning process
residues.
